It all started with mutual friends and a $300 venmo transfer between strangers for a Morgan Wallen concert ticket. They first met at the concert, while tailgating, and Weston gave Lindsey a hotdog. Her Chicago roots run deep and her love for a hotdog was the catalyst for the beginning of their love story.

Two weeks later, Weston slid into Lindsey’s Instagram DMs. They chat for a day before they exchanged numbers and began planning for a first date. Originally, Lindsey and Weston planned to meet with a small group of their mutual friends, but Lindsey had to cancel last minute...for a dinner and a nail appointment.

Fast forward a week, Weston asked Lindsey again and he told her she had to leave her friends at home. The two of them went to Barcelona Wine Bar in Charlotte for their very first date.

They sat at the bar and got to know each other over the next three and a half hours. At the end of the date, they both were interested, but not exactly picking out a wedding dress and table settings.

Their second date was at Weston’s house, and he cooked dinner for Lindsey. By their 3rd date at the Webb Custom Kitchen, they both knew they were on the right track towards the rest of their lives.

Then, in October 2022, after a trip to Baker Buffalo winery it was apparent to Weston, Lindsey, and everyone around them that they were in love. Thus began a year of traveling around the world, new adventures, and a perfect crossover of two separate lives.
